An exciting opportunity for an experienced Legal Secretary to join a well-established and respected law firm in Taunton. This hybrid role offers the perfect balance of two days in the office and three days working from home. With a salary of £27,000 and a supportive working environment, this is a fantastic opportunity to become an integral part of a legal team, providing administrative and secretarial support to Fee Earners.


Duties & Responsibilities

  • Typing and preparing legal documents from audio/digital dictation.
  • Managing client files including accurate filing, archiving, and document collation.
  • Handling client communications professionally, both in person and by phone.
  • Coordinating appointments, meetings, and diary schedules for Fee Earners.
  • Using case management systems and Microsoft Office to manage daily tasks efficiently.

What Experience is Required

  • Strong audio typing skills (minimum 70 WPM) with excellent accuracy.
  • Proven experience in a legal secretarial or administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with legal case management systems.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: up to £27,000
